WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
All online orders are delivered between 9:00am and 5:00pm on allocated delivery days.
Please place your order by the following cut-off times:
- Cape Town areas order placed before 2pm Sunday for Tuesday’s delivery
- Winelands areas order placed before 2pm Monday for Wednesday’s delivery
- Cape Town areas order placed before 2pm Tuesday for Thursday’s delivery
- Winelands areas order placed before 2pm Wednesday for Friday’s delivery
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THERE’S AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER?
If there is an issue with your order, please take the following steps:
1 – Freeze the products as soon as possible to preserve quality.
2 – Notify us immediately and include a brief description of the issue.
